The Kempsey-Macleay RSL Club is governed by a Board consisting of 7 Directors elected annually by RSL and Associate members- usually in March.
The Board of Directors set all policies of the club, whilst the Secretary-Manager is charged with the responsibility of overseeing that these policies are carried out.
