Local sports talent, Mia, has received a $100 voucher from the Kempsey-Macleay RSL Club as part of the Club Grants program.
Mia has represented her school and the Macleay Valley in a variety of sports including Swimming, Touch Football, Soccer, and Cross Country.
Most recently, she competed in the North Coast Trials for Athletics in Lismore and came second in the 800m running race.
She has now progressed through to the NSW State Championships to be held in Sydney.
