We’re proud to share that we recently donated $4,000 to the Kempsey Neighbourhood Centre (KNC) to help restock their pantry supplies and support the vital services they provide to our community.
The Kempsey Neighbourhood Centre plays an essential role in strengthening our region by offering practical support to people facing hardship and disadvantage. As a not-for-profit community organisation, KNC provides a broad range of services designed to improve quality of life and empower local residents. These include emergency food relief and pantry supplies, financial counselling and capability support, no-interest loans, referral and advocacy services, driving courses, and access to basic hygiene facilities such as showers and laundry. They are also a trusted hub for information, community connection and social support activities.
With the rising cost of living placing extra pressure on many families and individuals, the demand for pantry supplies and emergency assistance has never been greater. Our $4,000 donation will go directly towards restocking essential pantry items and ensuring KNC can continue delivering these critical services to those who need them most.
